Towel and linen change

We are happy to change your towels daily. Please leave them on the shower tray or toilet seat. They will be replaced immediately with clean ones. If you hang your towels back on the towel rack, it means you’d like to use them one more time to help protect the environment.

Extra pillows and blankets

We’ll be happy to provide you with extra pillows, blankets, or hypoallergenic bedding in your room. Please let the front desk know if you need any

Television

All rooms are equipped with a television (featuring Italian-Swiss, German-Swiss, German, French-Swiss and some international channels), with the option to switch to radio stations.

Free Wi-Fi

Network name: Hotel Rivabella

Access is granted via a simple registration form. Once you request a connection to the network, please enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and accept the terms of use: Register. You are now connected to our network.

Air conditioning

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Crib, high chair

We will be happy to provide these upon request. Please contact the front desk.

Safe

The safe in the room is located near the desk drawers. It can be opened with the key labelled ‘Safe’ (which is on the room’s key ring).
You can also store your valuables in the hotel safe, located at reception.

Iron

You can request an iron and ironing board at the front desk.

Adapter

You can rent an adapter for electrical appliances at the front desk.

Smoking

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the terrace or in the garden. Ashtrays are available at the entrance, on the left in the fireplace room, and on the terrace.

Quiet hours

Starting at 10:00 PM, please observe quiet hours for the comfort of all guests, both in the rooms and in the common areas.
Please lock the front door and the terrace door from the inside if you return to your room later, and take the hotel entrance key (which is on your room key ring) with you when you leave the hotel.

Please follow the signs in your room and in the hallways.
